Unique Features
This much-needed upgrade to an iconic building has been an immediate boon to the City and is receiving shining reviews online.
The project features exposed steel and glu-lam beams, exposed ceilings, modified polymer cement floor, and a salvaged and refinished gym floor from old community center. Additionally, the new building has cedar siding and extensive stone veneer with a new geothermal heating system.
A LEED designed project, the work also included demolition and conversion of the old 36,000 s.f. building into a plaza for weddings, events, and other outdoor uses.
