Edith Moulton Park

This project consisted of three distinct areas.  First, Allied constructed a 45,000 sf Great Lawn with walking paths, restroom facilities, covered pavilion, play area, along with new frontage improvements and sidewalks.  Second, a 5,000 SF steel boardwalk 600 feet in length was constructed, including 2 bridges over and along Juanita Creek.  Extensive erosion control and best management practices were utilized while working adjacent to this salmon bearing stream.  The third feature was a 3.5 acre fenced dog park.  The dog park and boardwalk were created without removing or altering the existing natural features surrounding the creek, including the preservation of old growth timber.
