Steve Romberger
Vice President

Steve is a Washington native, born and raised in Snohomish County. Raised on a dairy farm, he learned his work ethic at a young age. After stints at Everett Community College and the National Guard, Steve managed the family farm until 1987. He then founded the original Allied Construction (Specialties) and co-founded Allied Construction Associates, Inc. in 1996 with Scott Bjella. He brings over twenty five years of experience in the construction industry to ACA. As Vice President, he is responsible for the overall management of all field related activities and agents. His foremost priorities are quality control, scheduling and safety.

Steve is married to Joyce, and has four children. Two of his boys, Chris and Jon, work for ACA. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hard work and vacationing with Joyce and the family.
