Keith is a Minnesota native with a Business/Marketing degree from Bemidji State University. He has worked in the construction industry for more than sixteen years as a Project Manager and Estimator. He is responsible for the coordination and supervision of all daily operations performed on-site including cost control and cost analysis, development and maintenance of detailed  schedules, subcontract negotiation and award, daily coordination with field personnel, quality and safety review, project communications management, submittal management, and project budget control. With overall management responsibilities for the subcontractors, he is instrumental in ensuring the project be completed per the contract schedule.
